Honest fit

When an agency might be a better fit.

XENA 360 is not the cheapest option for every brand. An agency may suit you better if:

You only need Amazon ads run

If your listings, creative and operations are already handled, a PPC-only plan ($1,500–$8,000 a month reported by SalesDuo) can cost less than a full-scope plan.

Your sales are very high and you want a flat fee

The XENA 360 fee includes a share of monthly sales. At high sales, a fixed retainer can cost less on paper. Run your numbers in the calculator above.

You are just starting out

Some agencies publish entry fees from $499 a month (Evolve survey). At very low sales, a basic entry plan can cost less than the XENA 360 base fee.

You want one specialty, very deep

If you need a single specialist skill rather than day-to-day management across marketplaces, a specialist agency may go deeper. Ask us on a call what XENA 360 covers for your brand.

Agency vs. XENA 360, answered.

How much does an Amazon agency cost in 2026?

Most agencies don't publish prices, so ranges come from published guides. SupplyKick reports monthly retainers of $1,500 to $3,000 at the entry level, $3,000 to $7,500 for mid-market brands, $7,500 to $15,000 for full-service and $15,000 to $25,000 or more for enterprise. SalesDuo puts PPC-only management at $1,500 to $8,000 a month. Ad spend is paid to Amazon on top, and setup fees of $1,000 to $5,000 are reported.

Do Amazon agencies charge a percentage of ad spend?

Many quote 10% to 20% of monthly ad spend, usually with a monthly minimum of about $1,500 to $2,500. One survey of 41 agency pricing pages found only 2 that publish a percentage (7%, and 10% to 15%), so treat the common range as a starting point and ask for the exact formula and minimum.

How is XENA 360 different from an agency?

XENA 360 is a team plus software. A dedicated account manager and our team run your marketplaces day to day, covering listings and content, advertising, SearchPanel AI visibility, operations and reporting across Amazon, Walmart, Target, Shopify and more, and you see the work in the XENA 360 dashboard. The fee follows one published formula by sales tier.

What does XENA 360 cost compared with an agency?

XENA 360 pricing is a flat monthly base plus a share of monthly sales, set by your sales tier, and Enterprise pricing is custom; see the pricing page for the figures. Use the calculator on this page with your own numbers.

Does XENA 360 have a contract, setup fee or minimum ad spend?

We'll walk through it on your XENA 360 meeting.

What should I ask an agency before signing?

Ask how the fee is calculated and what the minimum is, whether ad spend has a minimum, what is billed on top (creative, tools, extra marketplaces), how long the contract runs and what it costs to leave, who works on your account each week, and how often you get reports.
